Cesar Torres is the owner of LOFi Motors, a Buy Here Pay Here dealership based in Corpus Christi, Texas. Now approaching its 20th year in business, LOFi Motors employs 26 people and operates an in-house mechanic shop that handles reconditioning and ongoing service for customer vehicles.
Before opening LOFi Motors, Cesar spent 15 years as the owner-operator of a commercial refrigeration company in Corpus Christi, where he developed the operational discipline and customer-service mindset that continue to shape how he runs his dealership today.

Cesar has served on the Texas Independent Auto Dealer Association board for four years and is an active voice in the independent dealer community. He has participated in industry panels including Buy Here Pay Here United and has been interviewed on the Independent Dealer Podcast, where he shares insight on simplifying operations, building strong teams, and serving customers that traditional lenders often overlook. At the 2026 TIADA Convention, he will join the Buy Here Pay Here panel “It Doesn’t Have to Be This Difficult.”
