Contest Guidelines

Register for the 2025 TIADA Conference & Expo and be automatically entered to win a free registration to the NIADA Convention & Expo 2025. Five lucky attendees will be chosen throughout the entry period. The earlier you register, the more chances you have to attend the national convention for free!

Eligibility

  • This contest is open to all current dealer members of the Texas Independent Automobile Dealers Association (TIADA) who register for the 2025 TIADA Conference & Expo.
  • Only paid registrations will be entered into the contest.
  • Employees of TIADA, NIADA, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

Entry Period

  • The contest entry period begins on April 24, 2025, and ends on May 27, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST.

How to Enter

  • Step 1: Register for the 2025 TIADA Conference & Expo, one of the best dealer conferences in the country, at https://conference.txiada.org/.
  • Step 2: Wait to see if you won. Upon TIADA conference registration completion, you will be automatically entered into a contest to win a free registration to the NIADA Convention & Expo 2025!

Selection of Winner

  • One winner will be randomly selected in weekly drawings, beginning on April 30, 2025, and continuing for five (5) consecutive weeks for a total of five (5) winners.
  • Winners will be notified via email and announced on the TIADA website and social media channels.
  • Winners will have 7 days from drawing time to complete the NIADA Conference Registration form and return it to TIADA.

Prize

  • Each winner will receive one (1) free registration to the NIADA Convention & Expo 2025.
  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods or services.

General Conditions

  • If the drawing winner cancels their registration to the 2025 TIADA Conference & Expo prior to the NIADA Conference, then their NIADA registration will be forfeited and returned to be drawn in a subsequent drawing. There are absolutely no refunds for TIADA Conference if cancelled after the winner attends the NIADA Conference.
  • All non-winning entries received during the entry period will be included in all subsequent drawings, regardless of the drawing date.
  • By entering the contest, participants agree to these contest guidelines and the decisions of TIADA, which are final and binding.
  • TIADA reserves the right to modify these contest guidelines at any time without prior notice.
