Ernie Garcia- Co-Founder and CEO – Carvana
Ernie Garcia co-founded Carvana and has served as the company’s President and Chief Executive Officer since Carvana’s inception in 2012. Ernie is also Chairman of the Carvana Co. Board. Prior to founding Carvana, Ernie held various roles at the DriveTime Automotive Group, Inc. from January 2007 to January 2013. Prior to DriveTime, Ernie was an associate in the Principal Transactions Group at RBS Greenwich Capital from 2005 to 2006, where he focused on consumer credit based investments. In 2016, Garcia was named Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year in the Mountain Desert region for the consumer technology category. Ernie holds a B.S. in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University.

Mark Jones- CEO – MCMC Auto
Mark started his career in the automotive business with MCMC Auto as a detailer/porter at the age of 14 years old. Throughout the years, Mark was given the opportunity to learn the BHPH business from the inside-out, holding positions and/or managing every department at MCMC. Upon graduating college, Mark spent the next 5 years as Pre-Owned Sales Manager and purchasing agent for Frank Parra Chevrolet in Irving, Texas. In 2001, Mark left the franchise side of the business to “come home” to MCMC and became the General Manager of the company. He served in that role until 2013 when he was named the
CEO.

Mark is very active in the BHPH industry and is a strong advocate for protecting the laws and regulations that benefit the Independent Dealers by helping to educate our legislators about the benefits and services that we provide to a large portion of each community. In September 2024, Mark was appointed by Governor Abbott to serve on the TXDMV board representing the Independent automobile dealers in Texas.
