April M. Hanson – Chief Compliance Officer / Market Director (Houston)

April M. Hanson has served as Chief Compliance Officer and Market Director since February 2016, leading the company’s Houston, Texas operations. With over 30 years of experience in automotive finance and eight years in Buy Here Pay Here (BHPH), she brings a wealth of industry expertise to her role.
As Market Leader, April oversees all collateral management for the Houston operations, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency. Her prior roles include Compliance Officer and Chief Underwriter for Voyager Financial Services, as well as Marketing Manager for Key Bank’s automotive division.
In addition to her professional responsibilities, April is actively involved in industry leadership. She serves as Treasurer of the Houston Independent Automobile Dealers Association and is the Chairperson of the Texas Independent Auto Dealers Association’s Political Action Committee.

Cesar Torres bringing over 18 years of hands-on experience in the automotive industry. As the owner of two full-service Buy Here Pay Here (BHPH) dealerships, Cesar has built his business on a foundation of trust, consistency, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
For more than 14 years, he has been an active member of multiple 20 Groups, continually learning from and contributing to peer networks that drive industry excellence. He also serves as Vice President of Region 6 for the Texas Independent Auto Dealer Association (TIADA), where he champions the success of independent dealers throughout the state.
