Brent Carmichael | Director of  Education,  NIADA
Brent Carmichael, who has more than 30 years of experience in the industry, including nearly 20 years of training and leading 20 Groups, started with NIADA Jan. 1, 2025. Previously, he spent 17 years with NCM Associates, leading several 20 Groups across a broad spectrum of the industry. Before entering training, moderating and consulting full time, Carmichael worked in dealerships for nearly 20 years in several roles. He rose to vice president of Automaster Buy-Here Pay-Here in Arkansas, helping the dealership expand its operations and portfolio before its sale in 2006.
